Coordination
We get it, a lot goes into wedding planning and it can get overwhelming the few months leading up to it. This is why we have created our Coordination Package to get couples in tip top shape up to 8 weeks prior to their wedding day.
Anyone who has planned a wedding can tell you the last few months leading up the big day can be the most stressful. You’ve done a lot of the work, and now you just want to relax. Leave the rest to us and we’ll help you coordinate the logistics, and final touches. Nobody wants to be running around on their big day setting up the event themselves! We are here to take the stress away from you, your friends and family. All there is left to do is marry the partner of your dreams.

- Initial consultation 8 weeks prior to your big day to run through all the coordination details- this includes everything from seating charts to music playlists.
- Creation of detailed run sheets (up to two iterations) and floor plan (up to two iterations)
- Logistics coordination and runsheet liaison with all your suppliers to ensure a smooth day.
- Organize supplier details such as supplier meals, arrival and pack up time and their on the day requirements.
- Meeting 1 week prior to your big day for a final styling, runsheet and floor plan check.
- YOUR BIG DAY IS HERE! Our professional Bow team will be onsite to ensure a smooth set up and pack down on your event day.
- Two in person or video consultations included.
- Unlimited emails and messages.
EVENT STYLING + COORDINATION
This is our Signature package, the real MVP of our services. Combining our Event Styling + Coordination package, you are getting the full Bow experience. Not only will your wedding be styled to perfection, all the styling logistics and on the day set up/ pack down will also be taken care of by us. On the day coordinator
Need a little extra help during the actual running of your day? The On The Day Coordinator add-on service is what you need. Our professional OTDC will work alongside the venue, caterer and MC to ensure everything on your run sheet is delivered smoothly. This add one service is perfect for couples with private property events or venues with limited on the day support. We will manage your event during the ceremony and reception so you will not miss a beat on the dance floor.
This service can be added onto any of our services.
